1. Although Designs by Tania will endeavour to supply a design and colour match as close as possible to that depicted on this site, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed due to variations in display monitor calibrations and other variables.

2. Although shipping times are suggested in the FAQ section of this site, designs by Tania cannot guarantee delivery dates due to vagaries of the shipping methods.

3. Shipment of product will only commence once your full payment has been confirmed by Design by Tania.

4. There are no refunds.

5. Shipment is by registered surface mail. Designs by Tania will provide a Tracking Number once the products are shipped.

6. Free shipping applies to orders valued above R200.00. Our quotation to you will include shipping charges where they apply.
